30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
For Single Playbook ($99) and The Arsenal ($299) purchases :
We offer a full refund within 30 days if you: Implement the frameworks in good faith. Don't see value from the content. Request a refund via email.
"Good-faith effort" means :
You reviewed the content. You attempted to apply at least one framework to your business. You can describe your implementation attempt. Simply downloading without attempting to use does not qualify.
How to request :
Email: [support@genxceleratelab.com]. Subject: "Refund Request - [Order Number]". Include: Brief description of what you implemented and why it didn't provide value.
Processing:
Refunds processed within 14 business days. Refund issued to original payment method. After refund, access to content is revoked. After 30 days, all sales are final.
INNER CIRCLE - NO REFUNDS
Inner Circle (Current Offering: $3,097 - Limited to 77 Founding Member Spots) :
NO REFUNDS at any time.
Why no refunds:

What this means:
- Once you purchase Inner Circle, all sales are final. - No refunds for any reason, at any time. - No partial refunds. - Your Founding Member status and benefits are tied to your purchase and remain yours regardless of future offerings.

EXCEPTIONS
No refunds if :
You violated Terms of Service. You shared/redistributed content. Request made after 30-day period (Single Playbook/Arsenal only). You did not make good-faith effort to implement content. You purchased Inner Circle (no refunds ever).
FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS
Important:
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving digital products constitutes fraud. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and report fraudulent chargebacks to payment processors and authorities. If you have an issue, contact us first for resolution.
